But also make sure the account that you specify to install the agent with is a local administrator on the target server (Step 7 of the items below): http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc950509.aspx If you choose Use selected Management Server Action Account then this needs local admin rights on the target server which usually means you are running this as a domain admin account which isn't good security practice. Better at step 7 to choose Other user account, and specify an account with local admin rights.
